Primary Responsibilities:• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize visualization tools to create, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into Network Operations.
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client, strategic and financial operations, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analytics processes and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Business Requirements: Gather and document business requirements to ensure analytical solutions meet stakeholder needs.• Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze client and pharmacy data, identify trends, and generate predictive models to support decision-making processes.You will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.• Proven significant experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.• Drive: Self-motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:• Technical Skills: High Proficiency in Power BI development.• Proficiency in Python or R• Predictive Analytics: Ability to develop and test the performance of predictive analytics machine learning algorithms is a plus.Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
