To date, we have been a research informed UX, Design and Web Development agency. We are currently developing our Digital Marketing capabilities and capacity to be able to provide a new set of services to supplement our current projects.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing manager to bring their experience and expertise to the company, supporting our goals, mission and competencies while adding an extra level of professionalism and quality to what we do.
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing representative to join our established company.
You will work to meet and exceed the company’s sales objectives and report regularly on activities and outcomes. You will act as an intermediary between the company and prospective clients and must represent and accurately portray the company and its services in line with company ethos.
You should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
Ultimately, you should aspire to build and maintain successful relationships with new clients that we are aiming to service in future.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies via traditional and online methods
* Nurture and develop relationships at C level within target client base
* Establish trusted, productive and professional relationships with clients
* Negotiate and close agreements with target customers
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Report on sales and marketing activities on a regular basis
* Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
* Provide timely, effective and costed solutions aligned with project needs and opportunities
* Work to achieve defined company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Requirements
* Proven track record of working in this role and industry
* An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Expertise in traditional & online sales methods
* Experience with web design, SEO, or PPC marketing
* Experience with using and managing a CRM system (Salesforce/MS Dynamics/Seibel) to manage leads and all activities documentation
* Great communication skills via phone and email
* A relevant third level qualification or professional certification
