Document Controller / Closing Salesperson – South Dublin

Key Responsibilities
Collate and manage BCAR and Homebond documentation, ensuring compliance.
Maintain and update document registers, trackers, and logs (e.g., BCAR, Homebond, Closing Trackers).
Liaise with solicitors on closing documents to ensure timely submission.
Provide admin support to Sales, Marketing, and Construction teams.
Coordinate with local authorities for compliance letters.
You will need:
Experience in document control, ideally within construction.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Knowledge of BCAR compliance is an advantage.
