Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor with emeis Ireland, you will be part of the largest nursing home group in Europe, working alongside experienced professionals to provide exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
* Organize employee shifts and arrange replacements for absent staff members.
* Inspect work areas, including rooms, common spaces, stairways, and lounge areas, to maintain high cleanliness and order standards.
* Handle customer complaints and special requests effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock to ensure all necessary supplies are available.
* Evaluate compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Competency in English language, enabling effective communication with residents and colleagues.
* Team player mentality.
* Ability to provide Garda Vetting clearance as per H.I.Q.A. requirements.
