Job Title: HR Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our HR team in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support payroll administration, compensation, and benefits plans.
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
* Develop and coordinate HRIS administration.
* Provide support on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation, and resolving issues.
* Coordinate onboarding programs and training initiatives.
* Promote HR programs for an efficient and inclusive workplace.
* Develop and implement people policies.
* Handle disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness and consistency.
* Support performance management tasks and initiatives.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of HR experience.
* Recognised third-level qualification in HR Management; CIPD certification preferred.
* Knowledge of employment law and experience handling employee relations issues.
* Ability to provide HR advice and guidance to management.
* Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
