Title: HR Generalist
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 p/a
Location: Longford (Ireland)
Contract: Permanent
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add an HR Generalist to its team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Support the People Management Process
2. Ensure data accuracy and manage the HR Information System
3. Work closely with the HR Manager in performance management
4. Draft and post job adverts, screen CVs, & conduct initial interviews
5. Report HR-related employee queries to the HR Manager
6. Process administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection
7. Keep job descriptions/job specifications updated
8. Monitor short-term and long-term absences
9. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
10. Lead and design the wellbeing calendar & support in organising events
11. Support the HR Manager as and when requested
Skills & experience required:
1. HR Degree or CIPD qualification.
2. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. IT Proficient and a “can-do” attitude.
4. Responsive, proactive, & solution-oriented
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong attention to detail
