We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working on a client site. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the implementation of a portfolio of projects onsite, as part of the base capital projects team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary engineering project management teams, in the Pharma or Medtech sectors, and taking end-to-end ownership of capital project execution, including laboratory projects. Responsibilities Manage project activities within the project team ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met Agree project scope including User Requirement Specifications (URSs), technical requirements, ATEX requirements etc. Ensure close working relationship with the Project Lead and all members of the project team Produce and manage the project strategy ensuring agreed objectives can be met Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations Participate in utility systems design reviews and provide input into user requirements Contribute to the Project Risk Log ensuring all identified risks have been mitigated Provide project reports on a regular basis for effective communication Provide support for the operational activities and project phase reviews Conduct project reviews with the project team and site management on a regular basis Provide support for product costing and financial assessment of the project Provide feedback and support for identification of training / development requirements of project team members Provide support for the annual budget preparation and project capital Monitor project expenses in line with the approved project budget Provide support for preparation of monthly Managerial reports Ensure smooth transfer of project knowledge and technology from engineering to production Ensures all activities, equipment and facilities comply with site cGMP, Health, Safety and Environmental policies Qualifications Degree qualification in relevant Engineering discipline Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Pharma, medical device or Semi-conductor Experience with qualifying QC/MSAT Lab Equipment is critical. Experience with various utility systems, such as chillers, HVAC, purified water etc. Experience directing / supervision of construction projects would be an advantage Good level of project management skills Effective communication, presentation and documentation skills #LI-AM2
