Romaine Scally & Company Solicitors, based in Tallaght, are seeking to recruit a full time Junior Secretary and Clerical Assistant with a minimum of two years’ experience in general practice.
Responsibilities include:
1. Opening and closing files;
2. Managing telephone and email enquiries;
3. Fast and accurate audio dictaphone typing, with the ability to turn documentation around in short time;
4. Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates;
5. File management, including scanning and photocopying;
6. Preparing briefs and booklets for court;
7. Excellent communication and telephone skills;
8. Experience in a busy general legal practice is preferable but not essential.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
