Part-Time Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team for a 3-month+ contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
* Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming demeanor.
* Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Provide basic information to inquiries.
* Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
* Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
* Coordinate with other departments on various tasks.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Total hours per week: 22.5 hours.
Hourly Rate:
€15 per hour.
