Job Overview
With a vast portfolio of clients nationwide, the company is continuing to grow their Compressor Sales and Service business and are now looking to recruit 2 Field Service Engineers for Cork and Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance work on installations.
* Provide a complete level of service to customers on-site including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating all Equipment and Applications.
* Diagnose and implement all reactive maintenance work on both client's installations and other user's installations.
* Ensure customer satisfaction with product and service provided.
* Preserve service operation with goal of good performance.
* Maximize availability and uptime by effecting first-time fix wherever possible.
* Attend training courses when required and acquire good working knowledge of Company's Equipment and Applications.
* Review technical documentation and write technical reports accurately.
Requirements:
* Full clean driving license and authorization to work in Ireland in a full-time role.
* Demonstrate good understanding and appreciation for requirements for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring work is always completed in professional and competent manner.
* Owning, accountable and responsible for role as face of company.
* Team player with friendly and outgoing disposition.
* Punctual, motivated and organized self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to high standard.
* Previous experience in industrial electrical or mechanical position - Mechanical or electrical qualification.
