Join Our Team Were Hiring an HR Administrator This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of Irelands market leader in fire protection, detection, and security. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, driving business success, and enhancing customer satisfaction through operational excellence. Your Role & Impact As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in our team, reporting directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for: Support end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, references, and candidate communication. Coordinate onboarding and induction, ensuring new hires receive all necessary documents and training. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR systems in line with company policy and legal requirements. Draft and update HR documents, including offer letters and policies. Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal HR procedures. Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and policy guidance. Provide administrative support to Directors and senior management. Engage professionally with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in HR is desirable but not essential. This is an entry level position, with full training and support provided. Strong Attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. High level of professionalism, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
