Site Clerk Job Description
We are seeking a Site Clerk to join our team at {company}, working on a residential project in Dublin with multiple years of work left. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Clerk for a construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Administration: Data entry for BC(A)R, material ordering, PO issuing, docket management, and payment recommendation to the QS/Finance
* Update weekly material registers, plant registers, and time-related resource registers
* Register all time-related Preliminaries resources, including hired plant & equipment, security, waste removal, fuel use, utility meter count, labour resources, and the like
* Conduct site safety inductions, register inductees, and maintain associated statistics
* Order stationary, cleaning & PPE supplies, signage, and waste skip control
* Assist Health & Safety tasks, collate and review Safe Systems of Work forms, and obtain sub-contractor safety documentation
* Monitor weekly material delivery tickets, upload copies of concrete and material tickets, and procure and register material testing information
* Take meeting minutes, submit technical information to the design team, and monitor snagging on site
* Handle ESG reporting, document management for drawing registers, and coordinate aftercare onsite link between site and aftersales
Requirements:
* 1+ years experience in a financial administration/site clerk role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Full clean driver's license
* Some experience of working with systems
* Ability to work independently
* Construction site experience beneficial but not required
Benefits:
€40,000 - €45,000 per annum, top benefits packages (including pension and healthcare)
