Job Title: Co-ordinator / Planner Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Co-ordinator / Planner Administrator to join our team at the Dublin office. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work within a team and demonstrate high self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers regarding service scheduling and validation of hospital equipment
* Manage day-to-day call outs to HSE & Private hospital groups
* Check and file reports from service engineers
* Sending daily jobs to customers
* Sending Validation reports to customers
* Process daily service orders on Microsoft Dynamics
* Generate monthly service reports
* Conduct regular reporting processes in line with KPIs
* Support the Sales and Service team field-based
* Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and booking couriers
Requirements:
* Convey company policy to external parties in a positive manner
* MICROSOFT DYNAMICS experience is an advantage
* Experience in customer service
* Excellent communication skills and team working skills with a high level of energy and urgency to deliver results
* Demonstrate leadership with both internal and external stakeholders
* Competent in MICROSOFT SUITE
* Strong time management skills with acute attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure, multitask, and work on your own initiative
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
