We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for our Foodhall in UCD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment of working in a bustling restaurant.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 1+ years experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn.
2. Both food hygiene and HACCP knowledge are essential; further training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
2. Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards.
3. Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation.
4. Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure.
5. A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
6. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility with regards to hours.
8. A good command of the English language.
