Building Surveyor - Residential

Project:
* Conducting property inspections, stock condition surveys, and defect analysis.
* Managing repairs, maintenance, and planned works programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Performing fire safety assessments and supporting energy management initiatives.
* Providing technical expertise for adaptations, including feasibility studies and liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
* Utilising and updating a Building Asset Database to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
* Assisting with procurement, building pathology, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
* A 3rd level qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management and or a trade background
* At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within housing or residential projects with site inspections, snagging etc.
* Expertise in building pathology, stock condition surveys, and planned maintenance programs.
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and technical guidance documents.
* Proficiency in modern surveying techniques and building asset database management.
