Principal Accountabilities:
* Machine high-quality precision tooling parts according to provided engineering drawings.
* Ensure compliance with all specifications and tolerances for manufactured parts.
* Continuously improve manufacturing efficiency by identifying opportunities for optimization.
* Design and fabricate production aids and fixturing to facilitate tooling part manufacturing.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on toolroom equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the toolroom, encouraging adherence from others.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
* Good team player capable of working collaboratively or independently.
* Fluent in English with proficient reading and writing skills.
* Good attention to detail and a quick learner of new techniques, systems, and technologies.
* Previous experience in a toolroom environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong aptitude and interest in engineering.
