Office Manager & Personal Assistant Temp role - 6 months (potential for extension)
28.21 to 30.77 euros per hour
Dublin City Centre - 4 days on site
Responsibilities: Diary, event, travel and meeting management for the MDGeneral AdministrationLiaise with facilities team to ensure meeting rooms are booked etc.Order supplies where necessary and liaise with vendorsSupport on board meetings - creating agendas, board packs, taking minutes and actioning itemsSupport sales team where necessaryWork alongside London team where necessaryRequirements: Experience in a similar position, with exposure to senior personnel and board support preferably within Financial Services industryProven strong travel, diary and minutes taking managementKeen communication and stakeholder management skills
