Job Title: Senior Sales and Product Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales and Product Leader to join our team at Tour Partner Group. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of sales and product executives, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Oversee a small team of sales and product executives, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and performing to the best of their abilities.
* Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Client Relationships: Build and manage client relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
* First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, taking responsibility for their performance and satisfaction.
Your Profile:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with additional experience in team management.
* Communication Skills: Strong positive communication skills, fluency in English and French (written and spoken), empathy.
* Destination Knowledge: Good knowledge of our destinations Great Britain and Ireland, IT literate, experience with Tourplan.
* Leadership Ability: Proven ability to manage, develop, and lead a team to achieve targets and goals.

Location:
We have offices in London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Copenhagen, and Phoenix.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
