DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our HR team in Codec.
You'll play a vital role in supporting HR operations and assisting with various processes within our company.
From aiding onboarding to handling employee enquiries and supporting the HR team, your contributions will be valued and impactful.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey involvement in induction training and onboarding of new starters (incl.
help with accommodation, bank and PPSN applications).Act as employee liaison for employee queries or issues.Supporting the application of employment permits and renewal of work permits.Company performance management programmes, including performance monitoring, meetings and probationary reviews.Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Manage company training & development initiatives.
Working with People Leaders to provide guidance on creating people development plans.Championing the use of Learning Platforms including Lattice.Maintenance of the Company HR system, Bamboo, including employee details, absence information, recruitment details etc.Collate and produce reports as required on employee holidays, absenteeism and employee turnover.Accurately process leavers, transfers, variations and change of details and communicate relevant information with payroll.Provide administrative support on ad-hoc projects as required.Proficient in MS packages particularly in the use of Excel.Participate in ongoing projects along with the wider HR team.Displays the Company's values and drives same within the allocated BU/s. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseA 3rd level qualification in HR with 2- 3 years relevant experience.Experience in providing HR Support within a busy HR environment.Experience working in a multi-nationality team would be an advantage.Have good IT & data management skills.Experience with HR Systems is advantageous.Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Proven ability to work autonomously, good work ethic.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientated.Detail oriented and highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
