Job Title: Director of Cost Management
We are delighted to be supporting an international construction consultancy as they seek a Director of Cost Management to lead their team in Toronto.
This role is strategically important, and the company offers full relocation support for the right candidate, ideally from the UK or Ireland.
About the Role
You will provide full leadership to an established team across various projects and industries, focusing on pre-construction activities with a strong emphasis on estimating.
Responsibilities include managing team resources, recruitment, training, and eventually, networking and business development.
Requirements
* A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
* Chartered with a relevant professional body (e.g., MRICS).
* Variety of project experience across the built environment, including hospital projects (advantageous).
* Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software such as Cost X, Planswift.
