We are seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Benefit (DB) Client Service Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The team works alongside the other DB administration teams located in both Dublin, Cork and offshore. Administrators work within teams led by a Team Manager. Additional roles to manage and support the DB business include Business Unit Leaders and Client Managers.
We will rely on you to:
* Manage a portfolio of premier clients ensuring highest level of accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure delivery of internal/external client specific service levels and that compliance deadlines are met
* Support and mentor the training and development of more junior colleagues on the client service team and provide support to other areas of the business as required
* Assist the DB Client Service team manager in the running and development of the team
* Ad hoc project work.
What you will need to have:
* Administration experience, ideally within pensions
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
* Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing a high level of customer service
* Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work
* High level of accuracy/attention to detail
* High level of problem-solving capability
* A keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration
* A good understanding of the relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations
