What Will You Do?
The delivery manager will oversee strategic analytic and system initiatives to drive growth through ensuring that Fenergo establishes itself as a CLM and Fincrime category leader. Leading a team of Data Analysts, this role will initially focus on consolidating Fenergo’s existing internal analytical capability to run off our AWS reporting infrastructure. Ensuring a common and consistent pattern in how we approach data solutions for the business. The role will cover the full end-to-end system and data lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
* Drive the strategic direction of the ringfenced analytic and engineering resources, prioritizing key initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
* Oversee the delivery of these initiatives through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
* Coordinating a ringfenced team of data engineers, system engineers and data analysts across multiple domains.
* Oversee the implementation of data quality controls and assurances best practices across Fenergo’s business applications.
* Develop a clear understanding of our data platform lifecycle and tools used end to end.
* Lead a team of data analysts and junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Develop integration and data governance playbooks to aid data integrations for potential future acquisitions.
* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure our analytic and system strategies align with company objectives.
Expectations
* 4+ years experience delivering key strategic analytic and system initiatives, preferably in a fintech or tech environment.
* Experience working with a team of engineers and analysts in the data space.
* 3+ years experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts or similar.
* Experience working in an AWS and MS environment.
* Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong communication skills and experience in working with C-Level stakeholders.
* A strong customer focus and building for business objectives.
Preferred but not Essential Experience
* Experience with PMP or Prince methodologies.
* Data governance experience.
* Experience with middleware tools like Workato.
