About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at {company}. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives by providing expert advice on HR matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Spearhead recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless journey from candidate sourcing to onboarding
* Act as the go-to expert for employee relations and welfare, providing valuable guidance to both the team members and management
* Dive into training and development initiatives, shaping and delivering strategies that empower our workforce
* Take charge of the leaver process, ensuring all paperwork and arrangements are handled with precision and care
* Offer expert advice on terms & conditions and HR issues, helping to keep the team on track and informed
* Play a key role in refining policies and procedures, drawing on your insights and expertise
* Maintain HR records and assist with monthly reporting tasks as needed
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is CIPD qualified or working towards, with a strong understanding of NI employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is advantageous.
We require someone proactive, adaptable, and cool under pressure, with exceptional communication skills and a talent for problem-solving.
