Construction Management Graduate

Construction Management Graduate required for a well-established and highly reputable Tier 2 Main Building Contractor. Our client is working on a social housing project in Wicklow and is seeking an ambitious Construction Management Graduate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with some site experience to take their first steps in the construction industry and grow their career with a supportive company. We will consider candidates with Construction Management Degrees or Civil Engineering Degrees (placement required or some site experience preferred).

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
* At least 1 year of relevant site experience or placement (preferred)
* Positive attitude and a strong desire to progress into site management.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Site Manager and Senior Site Engineer in daily site operations
* Assisting with various site management tasks and project processes
* Overseeing quality control and document control
* Managing site records and deliveries

Compensation:

* A competitive salary in the range of €35k-€45k
