Operating in a fast-paced environment, we value strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and teamwork.We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team in Nenagh, County Tipperary. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this permanent, full-time role is pivitol in managing the financial operations of our company.As the Accounts Manager, you will take ownership of key responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, credit control, payment runs, revenue returns, and month-end journals. The role will also involve assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts and other ad-hoc reporting tasks.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and growth of a company dedicated to providing vital services to schools across Ireland.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain Debtors, Creditors, and General Ledgers.
Process payment runs and manage credit control.
Perform account and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and submit VAT returns and payments.
Process month-end journals.
Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance.
Handle various ad-hoc duties and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accounts Manager.
Work experience preferred but not essential.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
