Receptionist & Office Administrator
Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team at our head office in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
The Receptionist will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
The Receptionist will serve as the face of the company and is the first point of contact for clients/visitors to the company and therefore must portray an excellent impression of the company in manner, attitude and appearance. This role will report to the Executive Assistant to the group CEO.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a highly professional manner.
* Manage incoming/outgoing post, courier documents and deliveries to/from the office and distribute to all departments.
* Maintain a clean, tidy and comfortable Reception environment.
* Prepare meeting rooms for all internal and external meetings.
* Assist with catering requirements for in-house meetings/presentations.
* Respond to public inquiries via phone/office visits and follow up/inform relevant team/persons promptly.
* Handle changing situations in an efficient and professional manner.
* Provide secretarial support to business Directors and Senior Management as required.
* Support the business departments with administrative tasks as required.
* Maintain the stationery room and orders as required.
* Keep records of office expenses and costs and liaise with finance regarding same.
* Maintenance of internal phone directory – including extension lines and mobiles.
* General support for office events and control processes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Solid written and verbal skills - fluent in written and spoken English.
* Smart/Business Attire required at all times.
* Excellent professional and personal skills at all times.
* Ability to interact comfortably with all professional levels.
* Excellent and proven knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and have a can-do attitude.
* High level of commitment and integrity at all times.
* At least 2 years receptionist experience required.
