Line of ServiceInternal Firm ServicesIndustry/SectorNot ApplicableSpecialismIFS - Clients & MarketsManagement LevelManagerJob Description & SummaryWe are looking for a commercial and collaborative Marketing Campaign Manager who will work closely with our partners and across teams within our business to develop and excellently execute marketing and communications campaigns aligned to the marketing and business strategy to enhance our brand and generate leads in relation to AI, strategic alliances and emerging technologies.There are two key elements to this role: (i) work collaboratively with the Marketing Campaign Lead and the business to develop plans for marketing activity to deliver against both commercial and brand objectives (ii) collaborate with team members across Clients and Markets to successfully develop and execute best in category integrated marketing and communications campaigns.The role requires a marketing professional with the ability to develop and deliver multi- channel campaigns concurrently across a variety of industries or audiences in order to drive consideration for service purchase.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategy and planningWork with the Marketing Campaign Lead and the Head of Marketing to build and execute marketing activity plans that will support the firm’s objective of being the leading professional services firm in Ireland with a specific focus on key areas for growth.Working collaboratively with partners or other members of the business to set clear measurable objectives and designing marketing campaign plans to efficiently and effectively deliver against targets.Measure, monitor & share relevant marketing planning & performance data with key stakeholders and refine activities using learnings.Delivering best in class executionWorking collaboratively with the wider Clients and Markets team (content, social media, design,sponsorship, events, sponsorships, research, client feedback, and CRM and business development), Strategic Communications team (media relations and internal communications) and where appropriate third party agency partners, the role-holder will have primary responsibility for developing integrated campaigns to drive commercial targets for business units, support engagement with clients and enhance the brand, particularly in relation to technology and AI.With a strong background in campaign management, the role-holder will ensure that activities across the team are delivered according to the brief on budget within agreed SLAs. Partnering with the businessChallenge and influence business leaders to develop marketing propositions, best in class thought leadership and increase the effectiveness of our marketing activity.Act as an ambassador for Clients and Markets in the firm and a deputy for the Marketing Campaign Lead (where appropriate). Experiences and skills Relevant third level qualification in Business/ Marketing.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a campaign specific role / within a campaign team, ideally within a large corporate organisation. Experience of working in the technology, media or telecommunications sector would be preferred.Proven track record and demonstrable experience of: Commercial achievement in proactively managing complex integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (events, advertising, digital, social & internal communications) within tight timeframes without compromising on qualityManage concurrent programmes of work, maintaining quality of deliverables within challenging environmentsDrive high standards of deliverables and execution with a relentless focus on delivering resultsWork flexibly and adjust easily to changing business needsWorking with external advertising and design agencies to develop and produce online and offline communications collateral.Experience of working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud would be an advantage though is not required.
