Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, enthusiastic and qualified PANEL BEATER to join our busy and thriving workshop on a full-time basis. This role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Bodyshop Directors and Paintshop Manager, you will be working closely with our panel, MET and paint technicians teams. You will play a key role within our dynamic team, delivering high quality workmanship to our valued customers by ensuring their vehicles receive exceptional care throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities: Repair a variety of multi -brand retail and commercial vehicles with a strong focus on high-quality standards Employ the latest technology and procedures for effective repairs Collaborate with the entire workshop team to ensure efficient repair processes and quick turnaround times Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all repair work Work independently as well as in a team environment Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a qualified Panel Beater Essential skills: Excellent panel work and welding skills Exceptional command and knowledge of current repair procedures, technology, tooling and safety in the workplace Possess a keen eye for attention to detail Good computer literacy Fluent in both written and spoken English Manufacturer Technical Certified Training: Advantageous but not mandatory (Higher pay for candidates with this qualification) Personal Attributes: Strong teamwork orientation and excellent organizational skills Proactive and detail-oriented Ability to perform efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a high-quality work environment Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Attractive renumeration package - reflective of experience and certification Advertised starting salary may be higher, depending on experience Why Join Us: At Dennings Cars Ltd, we value every team members contribution and encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment.
