Job Title: ER Advisor
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor to support our HR Business Partners with a caseload of employee relations matters.
The successful candidate will have a sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, experience providing coaching and support to colleagues in ER casework, and the ability to manage high volumes of complex casework.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage ER caseload and provide support and advice on all employee relations matters.
* Work with a continuous improvement mindset in case management.
* Subject-Matter Expert for employee relations queries.
* Manage and support the business with occupational health referrals.
* Support managers to ensure they are prepared for all meetings and hearings.
* Build collaborative working relationships with the employee relations team across the rest of the business.
Requirements
* Previous experience working within HR in an advisory capacity.
* Sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
* Experience providing coaching and support to colleagues in ER casework.
* Managing complex employee relations matters, ideally within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
* Ability to manage high volumes of complex casework and prioritise workload to meet business needs.
* Cultural awareness.
