Legal PA required to support ex Managing Partner and an Equity Partner.
Contract Duration: Permanent
Location: Hybrid (Four days on-site for the first month, then three days on-site)
Salary: €50,000 - €52,000
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support two senior Partners in their Corporate team. This role offers a dynamic and engaging environment, providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced legal setting.
This is a key support role requiring exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. As a PA, you will:
* Organise and coordinate board meetings and other high-level engagements
* Handle billing processes efficiently
* Arrange and manage meetings, including preparing agendas.
* Manage email correspondence, calendars, and contacts
* Produce and amend high-quality legal documentation
* Compile Business Development documentation for new client meetings
* Maintain and update the Interaction CRM system
* Oversee filing (including e-filing) and general administrative tasks such as printing, posting, photocopying, and scanning
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of four years’ experience as a Legal PA/Secretary, supporting senior professionals
* Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with document management and billing systems
* A proactive approach, with the ability to re-prioritise tasks as needed
* A flexible and discreet/confidential manner
* Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to assist others
* A desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve
