The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of their assigned team and project, ensuring all activities align with company policies and customer-provided procedures.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of successful Sales Consultants, providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Oversee the productivity and workflow of assigned team members.
* Set clear expectations, assign written targets, complete monthly and quarterly check-ins, and pipeline overviews while providing forecasts.
* Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients to ensure they meet objectives and deliver value through our project performance and relationship management. Communicate client updates and requests to the team in a timely manner.
* Create reports tracking project performance against goals and present them to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Expert-level German language skills, both spoken and written.
* Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
* A minimum of one year of experience leading a team.
* A minimum of one year of experience in sales, negotiation, or B2B phone sales (desired but not required).
* Comfortable making outbound calls.
