Job Title: HR Manager
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge or seeking to take on a lead HR role?
We are working with a major player in the engineering and construction sector that is expanding and requires a newly created HR Manager position.
The Role:
* As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR duties, including employee engagement, query resolution, implementing new processes, recruitment, training programs, benchmarking activities, and supporting departmental and operations managers with their strategic HR needs.
Requirements:
* A 3rd-level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline is ideal.
* 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR Generalist role.
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction-focused environment is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Due to the office location, candidates must have their own car and full driving license.
Offer:
* Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but expected to be approximately €65-€75,000 with excellent scope for further growth and development.
Additional Information:
* This role is fully office-based with no option for hybrid or remote work.
* Candidates holding restricted visas or work permits will not be considered.
