Reporting directly to our client, the successful candidate will manage the Shrouding program in a hybrid capacity from their offices in South Dublin on a fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
1. Manage Shrouding Program in line with Build Program schedule ensuring the schedule is successfully managed
2. Manage any changes in Shroud priorities based on the build programme
3. Work closely with the Design & Build partners in relation to Shroud requirements, completions and escalations.
4. Manage centralised Excel tracker for all Shrouding requirements across all partners and all OLTs
5. Work closely with the Project Coordinators to update centralised tracker and communicate completed Shrouding to the Design & Build partners
6. Manage the priority Shrouding schedule of requirements into ESBN
7. Manage ESBN queries & actions
8. Coordinate with ESBN's subcontractors on WIP and Completed Shrouding
9. Provide input into the production of Weekly and Monthly status reports
10. Effectively communicate with the Project Team advising of any issues that may affect the overall Build Program.
11. Work with PMs to manage stakeholder issues through to resolution.
