Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee the HR department. Key duties include:
* Managing recruitment activities: devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, issuing job offers
* Liaising with managers on employee relations cases: disciplinaries and grievances
* Organizing mandatory training for new and existing employees: health and safety, food allergen training
* Liaising with payroll to complete payroll administration: notifying of new starters, leavers, and paternity leave
* Utilizing the company HR System to update employee records, download performance documentation, and log absence
* Leading performance management activities: conducting performance reviews, tracking employee performance
* Driving employee engagement: conducting feedback surveys, organizing wellbeing events
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management
* Skilled in liaising with payroll and devising HR Strategy
* Proficient in using HR Systems
* Degree in HRM and HR Qualification
