This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Receive and conduct a full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the Consultants and Subcontractors in line with naming convention.
2. Manage the document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training to enable them to use the system.
3. Maintain controlled document registers and associated documentation.
4. Assist Delivery Teams to develop and maintain documents such as drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
5. Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows); check for accuracy and edit a variety of files, e.g. contracts.
6. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a Document Controller position, or similar.
2. Experience within the construction sector would be advantageous for this position.
3. Excellent computer literacy e.g. MS Office Suite.
4. Strong organisational skills and task prioritisation ability.
