About The Team
The Physical Security department is responsible for the overall security of the company's personnel, physical assets and facilities. Based on security risks, the team establishes and continuously improves security policies, procedures & standards, infrastructure, human and technical preventive measures, employee security awareness, alarm and incident response capabilities, etc., to safeguard the company's business operations worldwide. Responsibilities:- Lead Europe, Middle East and Africa Global Security Operations Centre (EMEA GSOC) operations by providing technical and operational oversight. - Lead EMEA GSOC operations during incident and crisis response, coordinating with other parts of the Physical Security department.- Review, develop and strengthen EMEA GSOC processes and procedures, and drive implementation.- Develop, implement and maintain a Quality Assurance (QA) framework consisting of standard operating procedures (SOPs), training and drilling for the EMEA GSOC team.- Stay up to date with industry developments, including relevant digital tools, and drive testing, procurement and training where required to enhance the EMEA GSOC's capability.- Able to travel for work about 25% of the time, including to other regions.
Minimum Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in corporate security, preferably in progressively senior positions. - Experience working in a Security Operations Centre or similar environment. - Experience working with relevant digital tools, ., X Pro (formerly TweetDeck), Everbridge VCC, Crisis24 TopoONE, Factal, Dataminr, etc.- Excellent verbal and written ability with strong stakeholder management skills.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment when dealing with complex situations.- Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with tactical intelligence monitoring and reporting, CCTV, access control and incident management. - Experience in building and implementing SOPs, training and drilling frameworks for tactical intelligence analysts. - Capability to develop and manage regional/global customer-focused security projects, including prioritizing tasks, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), planning, allocating resources, budgeting, executing, and overseeing progress. - Excellent people management skills, with experience managing external vendors and outsourced workforce, including managing adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) in a multi-national environment.
