The Role: We are currently looking to recruit a IT Intern to join our Shared Services - IT team in SVP House, Dublin 1. The post holder will have responsibility to support roll-out of conference emails to the volunteer userbase of the Society, assist on IT Helpdesk support, and get involved in the transition from in-house data storage server to Cloud based Office 365 SharePoint. In addition, SVP will afford the post holder the opportunity to participate in a major project whilst getting 'on the job' experience supporting multiple platforms and applications for a user base of 1,000+ users. SVP's strategic platforms are CRM for Membership & Membership related processes, Agresso for finance and Microsoft Office 365. SVP maintain a comprehensive web site that integrates with CRM.
