Ensure Duty/VAT is processed correctly & collected as required.
Ensure any queries/refunds are followed up and resolved immediately.
Review, update & retain all DLSOP’s. Ensure they remain updated and implemented efficiently. Assist Sales & Account Management with cost-saving solutions & options.
Complete daily, weekly audits on all entries.
Ensure you keep up to date on the latest Customs Regulations updates & changes.
Develop and issue the training of new staff within the department. Update all current staff with changes & updates.

Qualifications
Experience and Education:
* 1 - 2 years experience within the Brokerage Industry.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish customs procedures & systems.
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels.
* Previous experience with Word, Excel, Windows, Email, various PC-based software.
* Must be fluent in English.
