Responsibilities:
* Assist in processing payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including debt collection and timely payments.
* Enter day-to-day financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
* Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the head office team in tasks and record-keeping.
Requirements:
* Experience in payroll administration.
* Administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an Office Manager capacity.
* Strong bookkeeping skills; this role serves as the finance point of contact on-site.
