Let's define tomorrow together.Job overview and responsibilities:Lead, direct and coach UA personnel (CSRs)Working in Airport Lobby, Gate and Baggage Service officeEntails working with the ground handler to supervise ramp for all united flights and ensuring vendor compliance with all security requirements and regulationsMeeting, boarding flights and assisting customers wherever requiredOther duties including back-office administration, full operational supervision to ensure the smooth and professional service to our customers, both internal and externalFull operation supervision and availability of vendors and ensuring compliance with all security and safety requirements and regulationsThis position is offered on local terms and conditions.
Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent school leaving certificateSignificant experience in airport operationsProven track record of reliability Professional image and appearance Strong communication skills Conflict resolution and decision making, with the ability to leadMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Flexible approach to work standards and dutiesPublic contact / customer service experienceMust be able to live and work in Ireland without visa sponsorship or supportMust be able to work any shift/any day including holidays, weekends and/or nights in a 24-hour operationSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionPreferred QualificationsBachelor's DegreeWorking knowledge of the regionInternational GSC qualified
