TechForce Talent is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client's team.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to 250 users across various systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.
This position is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Provide support for systems such as Microsoft 365, WAN/LAN networks, Firewalls, VMWare, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and business applications.Ensure IT security best practices are implemented across the network.Maintain and support local and wide area networks.Assist with updating and testing the Business Continuity Plan.Provide out-of-hours support and travel between locations when necessary.Follow procurement processes for purchasing hardware and software.Research and implement software/hardware solutions as required.Skills and Experience IT Degree or equivalent qualification.1-2 years of experience as a computer technician or similar role.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and IT components.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.If you're ready to bring your expertise to an exciting and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
