French Speaker QA - Digital Marketing Platform
As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our digital marketing platform. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing quality samples agreed upon by clients, analyzing trends and identifying potential risks, providing feedback to sales representatives, and conducting root cause analysis.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, fluency in both French and English, and experience in a Quality-focused role. Additionally, you should have a strong background in Salesforce or other CRM tools, be tech-savvy, and have an affinity for emerging technology, particularly online marketing technology. Development feedback coaching experience and sales experience are desirable but not required.
