Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Cork and technical assessors throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's sales function, working closely with marketing, technical, IT, and management teams.
The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales agents and technical assessors, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved. This involves developing and delivering training and coaching, driving quality within direct sales teams, setting goals and incentives, and growing the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training and coaching to sales team members.
* Drive overall quality within direct sales teams.
* Motivating, leading and managing field sales team.
* Setting goals, targets and incentives for the sales teams.
* Growing the team and recruiting new sales team members.
* Developing & implementing KPI's across the sales function.

Requirements
We require someone with:
* Minimum of 3 years+ experience in similar role & 10 Years+ Sales Experience.
* Experience working in selling to consumers.
* A proven track record in a building a growing a sales team.
* Experience in supporting a target-driven environment.
* Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent numerate skills with meticulous attention to detail.
