This is a fantastic opportunity for someone professional, proactive, and service-driven to represent several businesses operating within a shared office space in Dublin 4 .
This is a temporary role commencing Tuesday, 29th April for 7–8 weeks, with the potential to become permanent .

Your responsibilities will include: Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Coordinating meeting and boardroom bookings and ensuring rooms are presentation-ready Managing daily essentials including coffee runs, light groceries, and general upkeep Supporting the wider team and providing seamless service across all businesses within the building What We're Looking For 1–2 years of front of house or receptionist experience, ideally in a corporate setting Immaculate presentation and a naturally friendly, approachable manner Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients Professional, observant and approachable A strong desire to provide a high level of service and take pride in being the face of several respected businesses If you enjoy being at the centre of things, take pride in delivering top-class service, and thrive in a corporate, professional environment — we'd love to hear from you.
