The Business Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, fostering collaboration, and implementing innovative approaches to business challenges. Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Development:
o Mentor and support Business Analysts and Project Owners within the Business Planning team.
o Delegate tasks effectively and promote collaboration while monitoring progress toward objectives.
o Lead the recruitment of additional resources for the Business Planning function as needed.
* Strategic Decision-Making & Analysis:
o Manage the Business Project Pipeline and support the Business Planning Manager.
o Facilitate the evaluation and development of new projects and business initiatives.
o Support governance processes for project approvals and prepare reports for senior management.
* Communication & Collaboration:
o Create clear, engaging materials to explain concepts and processes to stakeholders.
o Lead effective meetings and workshops to ensure alignment with team and business goals.
* Operational Excellence:
o Provide administrative and strategic support to ensure smooth team operations.
o Help stakeholders understand the connection between their work, the business plan, and the broader organisational strategy.

Qualifications and Experience
* Leaving Certificate or relevant third-level qualification required.
* 0-3 years of relevant business experience.
