Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and audits. Oversee site documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and compliance records. Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise disruptions to the project schedule. Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring all work meets client expectations and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, with a strong preference for commercial or residential project experience. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of Irish construction standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements. Proficient in project management software and tools.
