Job Summary: Deputy Nurse Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing team, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a care home for elderly and physically disabled residents.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with exceptional leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of clinical practices and healthcare regulations, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home
* Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care
* Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
* Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring it operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency
Requirements:
* Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
* 6+ months of Nursing experience
* Valid NMC Pin
