We are seeking a Group Sales Director to lead our larger scale solutions sales across our key business areas within the Technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies for technology sector clients, aligning with the company's World's Best vision and three pillars (Client First, Future Ready, Total Talent Solutions).
* Define and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and key financial performance objectives (including but not limited to revenue targets, successful large scale solutions sales, pipeline creation, market share, etc.).
* Lead market growth strategies across client segments, service lines and strategic partnerships.
* Partner across the Cpl group to identify and leverage solution opportunities.
* Drive demand generation through collaboration with internal teams and sector sales networks, developing go-to-market campaigns.
* Identify, pre-qualify, and engage prospective clients in the technology sector, identifying key challenges and collaborate with internal senior leadership to design and propose the most relevant solutions to address their needs.
* Build and maintain strong perspective client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective solution positioning.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial opportunity discovery and lead generation to deal closure.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (bids/tenders, revops, marketing, commercial and business leaders) at relevant steps throughout the sales process.
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.
Experience Required
* 10+ years senior sales experience, with experience in selling large scale services and solutions within the technology sector with revenue values over 250k+
* Ideally experience with in Talent solutions, BPO or Professional Services
* Demonstratable experience in developing, implementing and driving sales strategies
* Exceptional communication and relationship experience at Senior leadership levels
* Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
* Data Driven and adapt at utilising CRM system (Salesforce)
