In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors in the APAC & EMEA regions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of electrical systems projects, from initial design through installation and commissioning, collaborating closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple electrical systems projects across the APAC & EMEA regions, ensuring each project meets client requirements and adheres to company standards.
* Manage the design, installation, commissioning, and integration of electrical systems, including Low Voltage (LV) switchgear, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), MV/LV transformers, power monitoring, and energy management systems (EMS/BMS).
* Develop detailed project plans, scopes of work, and schedules for electrical systems projects, while managing resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
* Oversee the development and management of project budgets, risk assessments, and financial performance to ensure profitability and project success.
* Engage with clients and internal teams to communicate project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
* Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
* Monitor the commercial performance of each project, identifying and addressing any deviations to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
* Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and invoicing, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
* Prepare and maintain key project documents such as schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), progress reports, risk registers, quality plans, and change orders.
* Conduct regular kick-off, progress, and close-out meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to both internal and external teams, ensuring best practices and high standards of quality are followed.
* Identify business opportunities and share insights with the sales and management teams to drive further growth and expansion in the electrical systems market.
* Conduct post-project evaluations, documenting lessons learned and identifying opportunities for process improvements across future projects.
Requirements

* Solid understanding of project management principles, including budget management, scheduling, and risk assessment.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficient in project management software and IT tools, and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
