SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for Office/Customer Service Administrator for our Client based in Loughrea/Tynagh, Co. Galway.
This is a full-time position, with an immediate start.
It is a sick cover initially for 3 months but likely to be of extended duration.
Training will be provided on systems and software used in the office.
The role is office based in Tynagh.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering E Mails & Phone Calls and dealing with customer enquiries; Contacting customers to follow up on payments for goods and services; Booking goods in for processing; Raising invoices and receiving POs from customers; Taking payment in the form of credit cards, debit cards, cheques and cash; Monitoring customer credit limits; General office duties.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good Interpersonal & communication skills; Ability to work as part of a team.
Good organisational skills.
Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office especially Word & Excel Strong attention to detail, methodical and accurate Must be reliable and trustworthy.
RATE OF PAY:
€16 per hour, overtime is paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
WORKING HOURS:
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Breaks are not deducted, 40 Hours per week paid.
